The filter layer is used to intercept paint mist and solid particles, and the filter material in the filter layer is mainly glass fiber cotton, slag, activated carbon, water spray and other materials. The filter layer can remove most of the paint mist and solid particles, and can also adsorb a small amount of organic pollutants, which can deal with 80% of the paint mist. 1、 Absorption refers to water spray washing, atomization washing, etc. Water spray has a good purification effect on paint mist and solid particles, which makes paint mist dissolve in water. As a common method of paint mist treatment, its principle is to achieve the separation of pollutants and clean gas by spraying water on the exhaust gas and settling water-soluble or large particles. The non pump water curtain spray booth uses this method for waste gas treatment. When the workers spray the surface of the workpiece with the water curtain, the air containing the paint mist enters the air-water channel through the water curtain after colliding with the water curtain, and strongly mixes with the water in the channel. When it enters the air collecting box, the flow rate suddenly decreases, the air and water are separated, and the air passes through the water baffle, It is pumped into the activated carbon adsorption device by the fan; The separated water flows into the overflow tank after gathering in the gas collecting tank, and the water overflows from the overflow tank to the flashing plate to form a water curtain, which flows back to the water tank. In this process, the paint mist forms a slag block, so as to adsorb and remove the paint particles.
2、 Generally, activated carbon, activated carbon fiber and coke powder are used for adsorption. The treatment effect of spraying waste gas with low concentration and low amount of waste gas is better, and it can absorb odor. In addition, after the adsorption of carbon is saturated, hot air or steam heating method is needed to desorb and regenerate the carbon. The saturated carbon without regeneration or nearly saturated carbon has little or poor adsorption effect. It has high purification rate and simple operation.
3、 Combustion methods include direct combustion and catalytic combustion. The direct combustion method is a method to remove organic waste gas by combustion. The operating temperature is 600 ~ 800 ℃, which is used for the treatment of organic waste gas with high concentration. The catalytic combustion method uses platinum, palladium, transition metal oxide and other catalysts to replace the flame. The operating temperature is above 200 ~ 400 ℃, which is used for the treatment of organic waste gas with high concentration and small flow rate.
